Staying Safe During Covid-19

As anyone who has come to Forever Slender MedSpa understands, we take the safety of our patients and staff very seriously. With Covid-19, we have undertaken many extra policies and procedures to increase safety to all who come to receive our fantastic services. We were always ahead of the curve on cleanliness and safety and we’ve made sure to continue to stay ahead by adding extra important policies.

We are proud to say we’ve never had a covid-19 scare in the office because of the effectiveness of our safety protocol. Forever Slender requires all patients to fill out wellness forms before coming in for appointments. All patients answer covid health questions regarding their health, travel and proximity to others who may have been exposed to covid-19.

All patients call us when they arrive and we test patient temperatures with a thermometer before entering the facility. We sanitize all touch surfaces including but not limited to doorknobs, light switches and countertops and constantly wash hands. We can and will continue to look out for your safety.
