Usually when we respirate (breathe air in and out) the small amount of air we breathe out will immediately disperse and mix with the huge amount of air surrounding us. On the other hand, when we wear masks all the air we expel from our lungs is held tight around our faces. Since our expelled air contains a high level of moisture, within a few minutes we create a micro-environment around our faces perfect for the promotion of acne causing bacterial growth.
How to Prevent Maskne
Wash your face regularly with a medical grade cleanser.
